I've decided not to touch the booze for a year. I'm also swearing off most sweets, and coffee.
Boy that sounds just awful, or rather looks just awful in black and white. But actually, it's really not that big a deal. I felt so terrible after my Christmas feeding frenzy, that I'm looking forward to some relative austerity. That, and I've gotten pretty good at fruit and veggie wrangling. When the good stuff tastes really good, it's easy to eat well.
Here's to a less sucky 2008! Yippee!!!

Wow. That does look pretty serious in black and white, but if you can do it, that's awesome. I'm thinking along the lines of *cut back* for me.
