I'm still spotting a touch, but it's still brown, still scant, still painless. I called Nurse Sweetie yesterday and she said she wasn't worried at all, described my discharge perfectly (what an interesting professional skill) and assured me that 30% of women have downright BLEEDING, forget a little brown goop. I've also read online that spotting is much more common with twin pregnancies.
So I'm feeling okay. Actually, ironically, my symptoms intensified right as this nonsense started, so I'm not really feeling okay, but that's okay. And I'm determined to hope for the best.

Here's hoping that the spotting is gone soon, and you get back to some good ole nausea and fatigue ;) ::hugs::
Geez! I hope this is the last bump in the road the universe throws at you for a long time. I am hoping and praying that you continue feeling not okay and therefore okay for a long while. Sending you all my hope and much love.
I've been having the brown goop as well, and I'm starting to get used to it (it's been around for a week, so I finally stopped freaking out). Congratulations on your twins, that is wonderful news!!
I'm glad the nurse knows her discharges and was able to reassure you. Hand in there 'til Monday my friend.
Good news. I've got great vibes about this one. And I've had a psychic accost me in a store once mystically telling me I'm one too... Oooohhhh. You know, had to be throw that out there to add credibility to my vibes.
How's DH doing w/ the head meds?
Hoping nurse Sweetie is right and that this is all nothing.
WHEW! I am so glad that Nurse Sweetie (and Doctor Google) felt like the spotting was normal... GOOD!!
Excellent news!
And I am hoping right along with you.
Hoping along with you! (((hugs)))
i'm sure it's nothing.
hang in there!
I'm still crossing my fingers and hoping for little Runty! Can't wait to see the results tomorrow! :)
"what an interesting professional skill"
hilarious.
Praying for your health and that of the small people.
good luck today!
You're not alone. The first time I spotted brown (10 weeks) I freaked out for 36 hours. Each time after, the 'freak-out' times have gotten shorter. I'm now 21 weeks and the spotting has sporadically continued. I've been told that it's nothing to be concerned about. My doc said something about old blood vessels that burst and eventually the old blood works it way out. Either way, it's good to keep your doc in the loop. Hang in there!
I hope that you've been reassured by some of the other comments, and that this turns out to be nothing to worry about. Thinking of you and holding out every hope that all turns out OK.
